Regent Login

What is a Regent Login?

A Regent Login is a set of login credentials which will allow you to sign into the College's online platforms.

You will need a Regent Login to access REGIS (our student services platform), Moodle (our online learning platform), our online financial aid application, the alumni directory, your library account, and the library computer lab.

All those who have applied for admission to Regent College or who have ever registered for a course at Regent College are eligible to have a Regent Login.

Requesting a Regent Login

After registering for your first course, you should receive an email with your Regent Login and a link to create your password. If you haven't received this email, please see the instructions below.

New students

  • If you are a new student and are having trouble accessing your account or have not yet received it, please submit a Help Desk request with your Regent ID (i.e., your student number). Select "Login Issues" from the drop-down menu.
  • Click here to submit a request

Returning students/alumni

  • If you are a returning student/alumni and have never used REGIS or Moodle, please submit a Help Desk request form. Select "Login Issues" from the drop-down menu.
  • Click here to submit a request

Note: if you've forgotten your Regent Login but still remember your password, you can sign into REGIS by entering your email address into the username field. Once you're signed in, you can see your Regent Login in the left sidebar as shown below:

Your Regent Login is displayed in the left sidebar of your REGIS home screen. Many thanks to Thomas Aquinas for granting us permission to use his contact info.

Update your email address

  • If the email address that you use is different from one that we have on file, the password reset form won't work. Please submit a Help Desk request and type "Update email address" in the Subject field.
