What is a Regent Login?

  • A Regent Login is a set of login credentials that enables you to sign into the College's online platforms.
  • These platforms include REGIS (our student services site), Moodle (our online learning site), the Alumni Directory, our online financial aid application, your library account, and the library computer lab.
  • Anyone who is currently applying for admission or who has ever taken a course at Regent is eligible to receive a Regent Login.

How to get a Regent Login

New Students

  • After registering for your first course, you should receive an email with your Regent Login and a link to create your password. (The subject title is "Regent Login.") If you don't see this in your inbox, please check your spam folder.


  • If you've taken a course at Regent since 2011, then you have Regent Login. Please click here to recover your Regent Login or reset your password. (Please enter the email address that we have on file for you into the form.)
  • If you don't have a Regent Login, click here to submit a Help Desk request. Select the "Login Issues" category and enter your student number into the Regent ID field.
    • If you can't remember your student number, or if your current email address is different from what we have in our system, then please include your name, birthday, and address or phone number to confirm your identity.

How to reset your password

  • If you know your Regent Login but can't remember your password, click here to reset it. Enter the email address that we have on file for you into the "Email" field (it's usually the one that you used when you were first admitted to the College).
  • If the email address that you use is different from one that we have on file, the password reset form won't work. In this case, please submit a Help Desk request with "Update email address" in the subject line.
    • Note: To confirm your identity, we may ask for your date of birth, residential address, or phone number. If your address or phone number no longer match what we have in our records, please email to update these first.
